The elixir

A still concentrate, made to be mixed.

BRADSHORE is a still botanical elixir. It isn't drunk straight from the bottle — a small measure is poured into a glass and lengthened with still water, sparkling water or your favourite spirit.

One bottle, many drinks: a quiet glass at the end of the day, a jug for the dinner table, or a considered serve on a cocktail menu.

Our Yorkshire roots

Rooted in place. Expressed through flavour.

Yorkshire is more than a backdrop for BRADSHORE. Pickering and the landscapes of North Yorkshire give the brand its point of view: grounded, distinctive and quietly confident.

We believe those roots should find expression in the glass. Our still botanical elixir brings fruit, peel, herbs and spice into focus — a concentrate made to be mixed, with room to make each drink your own.

As we develop our flavours, that sense of place remains our reference: the freshness of wooded becks, the warmth of a bakehouse, the changing seasons. Yorkshire inspires the character of the drink, not a claim about where every ingredient is grown.

Three ways to serve

Pour, lengthen, enjoy.

Exact measurements will be published once each recipe has been tested.

Three drinks: still, sparkling and a cocktail

I

With still water

The simplest serve. Pour over ice, top with cool still water and let the botanicals speak.

II

With sparkling water

Lengthen with chilled sparkling water in a tall glass, with a slice of apple or a sprig of thyme.

III

With a spirit

Pair with gin or vodka for a considered cocktail. Finish with a twist of lemon peel.

For considered drinks menus

Made for independent bars, restaurants and hotels.

We'd love to work with a small number of selected venues that care about what goes in the glass. If that sounds like yours, let's talk about a future tasting.
